Why get baptized?
Here at Eastpoint Church, we go public with our faith!
When we put our faith in Jesus, we let everyone know through water baptism. Why?
Jesus said that the first step of becoming His disciple is baptism. (Matthew 28:19)
In the early church, when someone surrendered their life to Jesus in the early church they were instructed to be baptized. (Acts 2:38)
We believe baptism is an outward expression of an inward decision.
